Olympia Hospitality is seeking an experienced cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare and cook menu items in a fast-paced environment, following established recipes, portion sizes, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Serve-Safe certification is preferred.
• Allergy awareness training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow proper cooking techniques (grilling, frying, roasting, baking, sautéing) to ensure quality.
• Monitor temperatures, times, and quantities to minimize waste and maintain quality.
• Collaborate with culinary team to develop menu items and specials.

• Stay informed about trends and seasonal ingredients for menu planning.
