Job summary

Shamin Hotels is hiring a Cook 1 to join our Food & Beverage team on site in Richmond, VA. The role focuses on preparing high-quality dishes using established recipes while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and adhering to safety standards.

The Cook 1 will work on assigned stations, support other cooks during busy periods, and contribute to consistent portion control and presentation. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required as part of a dynamic hospitality operation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a restaurant or food service.
• Basic culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to food safety protocols.
