Job summary

Regency Hotel Management in Wisconsin is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to support continental breakfast operations, interact professionally with guests, and maintain high cleanliness standards. The role covers two days for breakfast duties and three days for general hotel cleaning.

You will work early mornings, ensure safety and hygiene, and may assist in housekeeping, laundry, and front desk during peak times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: Prior food handling experience preferred.
• Health department certification if required.

Responsibilities

• Provides highest quality service to the guest at all times.
• Responds appropriately to any requests or concerns.
• Follows all safe food handling procedures.
• Knowledgeable of all continental breakfast core items.
• Maintains breakfast area in a clean, functional manner.
• Informs management of all guest-related problems and any shortages of core items.
• Knowledgeable of safety and security measures of the hotel.
• Must be able to work early morning shifts.
• During peak business times or during times of employee shortages, must be willing to assist with duties in other departments including housekeeping, laundry, and front desk.
• Maintains a clean lobby and breakfast area.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

This is a combination of two roles. Breakfast Attendant assists with operation of continental breakfast area. They will Interact professionally, effectively, and in a friendly manner with all guests. Helps maintain the high quality standards of the hotel’s continental breakfast. This is for two days a week. 3 days a week, general cleaning within the hotel. Hallways, bathrooms, public areas and entrances cleaned or touched up. In charge of general cleanliness of all areas the public uses. Total weekly hours is between 30-37 hours.

• Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs. frequently.
• Ability to lift, bend, crouch/stoop, climb, stand, reach, twist, and push and pull equipment.
• Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.
