Concord Hospitality Enterprises in Columbus is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to prepare, set up, and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and friendly service for guests each morning.

You will be responsible for stocking the breakfast area, monitoring food safety, greeting guests, and assisting with inventory in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock the breakfast area with food, beverages, utensils, and supplies.
• Prepare simple breakfast items such as coffee, toast, oatmeal, and pre-packaged foods.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
• Monitor food quality and temperature, replenishing items as needed.
• Greet guests warmly and answer questions about breakfast offerings.
• Clean and sanitize tables, counters, chairs, and kitchen equipment.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines for food preparation and handling.
• Assist with inventory and notify management of low-stock items.
• Break down and clean the breakfast area at the end of service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
