Job summary

JSK Hospitality, owner of hotel properties in Mishawaka, Indiana, is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to work at SpringHill Suites by Marriott. You will greet guests, prepare breakfast items, and support hotel operations to ensure a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Prior food service or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic food prep and safe handling knowledge.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and prep areas to health standards.
• Stock and replenish food, supplies, utensils, and grab-and-go items.
• Set up, break down, and clean equipment; assist with opening and closing duties.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to guests.
• Support other hotel needs to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Follow uniform, appearance, and service standards.

• Operate POS and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and prep areas to health department standards.
• Stock and replenish food, supplies, utensils, and grab-and-go items.
• Set up, break down, and clean equipment; assist with opening and closing duties.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to guests.
• Support other hotel needs to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Follow uniform, appearance, and service standards.

Required
