Job summary

Danfoss Climate Solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager for Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers to grow the Americas market from Louisville, KY, Baltimore, MD, or Tallahassee, FL. You will connect market opportunities with Danfoss technology and work with regional and global sales teams to expand existing relationships and develop new business.

Remote work within the U.S. may be available for the right candidate, and relocation support is provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (technical or commercial education accepted).
Minimum 5 years' experience ideally in Heat Transfer area and HVAC industry.
Willingness to travel up to 30% and collaborate across cultures.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Americas sales strategy for Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers, translating market opportunities into sustainable growth.
Partner with regional sales teams on heat exchanger selection, pricing, forecasting, and demand planning to deliver solutions.
Build and advance a pipeline of new opportunities with OEM customers across the HVACR market.
Support customer negotiations and commercial agreements to turn opportunities into partnerships.
Identify new applications and sales channels while staying current on technologies and competitive trends.
