Qualifications

Experience supporting customers in a technical, manufacturing, industrial, or engineering-focused environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder needs.
Experience working with ERP systems and maintaining accurate order or product data.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

As a Technical Customer Service Specialist – Heat Exchangers, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, specifically to our Key Accounts, while supporting products that are essential to heating, cooling, industrial, and energy applications around the world. You will support our Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger (GPHE) business, a key part of Danfoss Climate Solutions. GPHE technology enables highly efficient heat transfer, helping customers reduce energy consumption, improve system performance, and lower operating costs. These solutions are used across a wide range of industries, including HVAC, district energy, food and beverage, marine, and industrial processing. By serving as the connection between customers, sales teams, engineering, and operations, you will help ensure projects move smoothly from order entry through delivery while building trusted, long-term customer relationships. You'll join a team supporting Danfoss' growing Heat Exchanger business, where innovation, sustainability, and customer partnership come together to address some of the world's most pressing energy challenges. What You’ll Be Doing

What We're Looking For
