Job summary

Dentsu Aegis is seeking a Senior Platform Architect to bridge business vision with technical execution on the Braze Marketing Platform in the United States. You will own end-to-end technical direction for client engagements, onboarding, solution design, and ongoing optimization across teams.

You will lead governance, ensure quality and performance, and mentor junior staff while staying current on Braze updates and related marketing tech. Strong communication and problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on architecture experience with the Braze platform.
• Experience in cross-channel marketing (Email, Push, SMS, Web Push, In-App Messaging).
• Prior consulting or client-facing advisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams through full project lifecycle from discovery to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients and translate technical concepts to business terms.
• Act as a liaison between account management, operations, and development teams.
• Guide projects through governance processes balancing time, scope, and compliance.
• Gather requirements and synthesize them into comprehensive solution designs.
• Architect data feeds, platform configurations, and automated workflows for scalability and maintainability.
