Job summary

Stitch is seeking a Solution Architect to lead the integration of Braze within client martech stacks. You will gather requirements, craft detailed design specifications, and build scalable, end-to-end solutions that manage complex data and enable personalized experiences across channels.

You will design workflows, user journeys, and business rules, leveraging Braze segmentation and Canvas workflows. The role requires 5+ years in marketing tech, Braze certifications, and willingness to travel up

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in the marketing technology industry.
• 3+ Braze Certifications, including Braze Marketer and Braze Digital Strategist, or ability to obtain them after starting the role.
• Knowledge of Liquid, APIs, SDKs, data modeling, and data ingestion processes.
• Experience documenting and communicating custom solutions.
• Strong organization and delegation skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze technical requirements to ensure Braze and partner integrations fit client stacks.
• Provide detailed documentation and define integration points for seamless data flow.
• Develop functional design specifications outlining workflows, user journeys, and business rules.
• Design end-to-end solutions robust and scalable, tailored to client needs.
• Build and manage complex data structures to support personalized experiences.
• Design Braze segmentation and Canvas-based campaign flows for multi-channel journeys.
• Travel up to 20% to client sites and contribute to strategic discussions.
• Maintain Braze certifications and stay current with Martech trends.
