The role emphasizes communication, problem-solving, and influence, with responsibilities spanning governance, data feeds, campaign workflows, and best-practice documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Braze architecture experience.
• Experience in cross-channel marketing (Email, Push, SMS, Web Push, In-App Messaging).
• Prior consulting or client-facing advisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle from discovery to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, translating technical concepts into business language.
• Collaborate across account management, operations, and delivery teams to align priorities.
• Develop scoping and estimating guidelines to enable accurate planning and client expectations.
• Stay current on Braze platform updates and industry trends, sharing insights with the team.
• Mentor junior team members and advocate for best practices in Braze deployments.
