Stitch Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Solution Architect to lead Braze integration projects for our clients in the marketing technology space.

You will gather requirements, design workflows, and ensure scalable architectures that drive personalized customer experiences across channels. This role emphasizes hands-on engineering, documentation, and client collaboration, with travel up to 20% and a path to Braze certification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the marketing technology industry.
• 3+ Braze certifications, including Braze Marketer and Braze Digital Strategist.
• Knowledge of Liquid, APIs, SDKs, data modeling and data ingestion.
• Experience designing and documenting custom solutions.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Ability to translate marketing technology best practices into practical recommendations.
• Travel up to 20%.
• Authorized to work in the United States or Canada without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze technical requirements for Braze integrations.
• Create functional design specifications and user journeys.
• Design end-to-end scalable architectures for marketing tech stacks.
• Develop data structures to support personalized experiences.
• Create dynamic audience segments using Braze segmentation tools.
• Build multi-channel campaign flows with Braze Canvas.
• Travel up to 20% to client sites.
• Earn and maintain Braze certifications.
• Collaborate with Delivery team on client engagements.
