Job summary

Imprint’s Marketing Design team seeks an Email Automation & QA Specialist to own email template assembly, AI automation, and an AI QA layer. You’ll develop AI-assisted workflows and ensure high-quality, scalable email production across Braze-powered campaigns.

You will work with design and lifecycle teams to validate localization, links, and dynamic content, ensuring accurate, timely launches while maintaining a robust QA regime.

Qualifications

• Strong systems thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience building or operating automation in a production environment.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email.

Responsibilities

• Assemble new email templates from Braze components, ensuring output matches Figma source and copy.
• Build, update, and maintain reusable content blocks and catalog entries across partner programs.
• Manage content localization and versioning across templates.
• Flag structural issues with the design technologist and improve the underlying system.
• Build AI-assisted workflows converting Figma designs + copy into content structures for Braze templates.
• Design and implement an AI QA checklist that runs before human review.
• Maintain QA tooling outputs (logs, reports) for repeatable QA.
• Conduct end-to-end human QA on every email before deployment.
• Run inbox testing and document issues prior to deployment; improve the checklist over time.
• Create lightweight tools/prompts to standardize repetitive tasks and improve QA quality.
