Job summary

Chase is seeking an Email Implementation Lead (AI-Enabled) to drive the technical execution of HTML email communications used across customer journeys. You will develop, test, and support responsive templates while advising stakeholders on feasible approaches and best practices for cross-client compatibility.

You will leverage AI models to accelerate development, QA, and documentation, applying strong technical judgment and quality standards in collaboration with design, marketing, and delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Hands-on HTML email development with table-based layouts and inline CSS.
Experience QAing and troubleshooting email rendering across clients.

Responsibilities

Develop, test and support HTML email communications for customer journeys.
Advise stakeholders on feasible approaches and best practices for email builds.
Collaborate with design, marketing and delivery teams to translate concepts into robust email solutions.
Implement AI-enabled processes to accelerate development, QA, and documentation.
Create technical documentation and reusable patterns for consistency.
