Job summary

Imprint is seeking an Email Automation & QA Specialist who thrives at the intersection of content, systems, code, and quality. You will own automation, AI-assisted workflows, and a rigorous QA process to ensure reliable email production at scale.

In this role, you will assemble and validate Braze email templates, manage content catalogs, and collaborate with design technologists to improve the underlying system. Strong HTML/CSS, Liquid templating, and Braze experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong systems thinking and attention to detail for error-free output.
• Experience building or operating automation in production environments.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email; able to troubleshoot and QA code.
• Experience with Liquid templating or similar dynamic content systems.
• Familiarity with Braze or comparable lifecycle marketing platforms.
• Understanding of content catalogs, templates, and localization.

Responsibilities

• Understand how emails are designed, assembled, personalized, and launched in Braze.
• Build AI automations to accelerate production and standardize processes.
• Implement AI QA that flags issues before human review and maintain the QA bar.
• Design end-to-end QA on every email, including proofreading and rendering checks.
• Create lightweight tools and prompts to standardize repetitive QA tasks.
• Own documentation and maintenance of automations as requirements evolve.
• Support Braze campaigns with ready content catalogs and validated templates.
