Job summary

Plexus Worldwide LLC, headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks a Director, Consumer Experience to build and lead a new function shaping how customers discover, purchase, use, reorder, and share Plexus products.

You will translate consumer insights and Voice of Customer feedback into measurable improvements in acquisition, engagement, retention, loyalty, and profitable growth, partnering with the VP to define the team, operating model, and roadmap.

Qualifications

Eight years of consumer experience leadership with lifecycle, insights, marketing, digital experience, or customer ops, incl. 3+ years in a people-lead role.
Ability to map consumer journeys, remove friction, and boost conversion and loyalty.
Translate VOC, behavioral data, and ops metrics into actionable recommendations.
Proven track record turning priorities into initiatives with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

Build and lead the Consumer Experience function with governance and roadmap.
Map Retail and VIP journeys across discovery, purchase, onboarding, use, reorder, advocacy.
Launch VOC programs and dashboards with baseline measures and targets.
Develop engagement strategies to strengthen product understanding and reorder habits.
Partner with Marketing, Digital, Field Development to optimize acquisition and conversion.
Drive initiatives from concept to implementation with clear ownership and timelines.
