Theisen's Home Farm Auto is seeking a Store Administrative Assistant & Training Coordinator to lead onboarding, training, and brand alignment across the team. You will mentor associates, manage training records, and ensure adherence to policies while promoting excellent customer service.

The role includes coordinating new hire orientations, using Dayforce and 8th Street, and supporting management with training programs and documentation in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months of training experience preferred.
• Familiar with onboarding procedures and LMS system functions.

Responsibilities

• Be a “Brand Ambassador” for Theisen’s Home Farm Auto.
• Assist manager with hiring duties such as scheduling interviews, background checks, order uniforms, etc.
