Job summary

Theisen's Home Farm Auto is seeking a Store Administrative Assistant & Training Coordinator to oversee new-hire orientations, mentor associates, and reinforce Theisen’s Brand expectations with a positive, motivational approach.

You will assist with hiring duties, manage onboarding tasks, and ensure associates understand company policies, procedures, and selling techniques while utilizing Dayforce and 8th Street for training records and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 year of training experience preferred.
• Familiar with onboarding procedures and LMS system functions.

Responsibilities

• Be a “Brand Ambassador” for Theisen’s Home Farm Auto.
• Assist manager with hiring duties such as scheduling interviews, background checks, order uniforms, etc.
• Perform onboarding functions such as scheduling and conducting new hire orientations.
• Assist with and ensure timely completion of new hire paperwork, follow up on missing items.
• Introduce associates to software such as Dayforce and 8th Street.
• Conduct Brand Expectation meetings and mentor/train associates to provide brand quality customer service.
