Job summary

24 Carrots is seeking a Brand Systems Manager to steward the hospitality experience by turning brand vision into repeatable, scalable systems across all events, venues, and touchpoints. You will collaborate with Culinary, Beverage, Service, Event Management, Warehouse, Sales, Venues, and Creative to translate ideas into executable standards and processes.

This role focuses on building scalable hospitality systems that strengthen the guest journey and drive operational excellence, enabling teams

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of hospitality, catering, hotels, restaurants, event production, or related field.
• Ability to translate creative ideas into practical, scalable solutions.
• Experience developing SOPs, tools, training programs, or quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve hospitality standards defining the 24 Carrots experience.
• Design repeatable systems, tools, playbooks, and resources for brand execution.
• Research, develop, and implement new presentation concepts and guest experiences.
• Lead cross-functional implementation of new standards via training and field testing.
• Partner with Warehouse on presentation collections, serviceware, and inventory strategy.
• Evaluate field execution and refine systems based on feedback.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure consistency and scalability across the guest journey.
