Job summary

Level99 is seeking a Systems Operations Manager to own and optimize our restaurant technology stack across multiple venues. You will manage POS, inventory, and reporting tools, including Toast and xtraCHEF, while collaborating with Operations, Finance, F&B, and IT teams to roll out new systems and ensure accurate operations.

You will drive system integrations, manage budgets, and deliver weekly performance reports to inform leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant systems, technical solutions, or hospitality technology.
• Strong F&B operations background.
• Experience with multi-location environments and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own POS, inventory, and reporting systems across all locations.
• Serve as the go-to contact for restaurant system support and Jira requests.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee system integrations and budget.
• Lead rollout of new systems, features, and technology upgrades across venues.
• Deliver actionable reporting to support leadership decisions.
