Responsibilities

• Excel in incentive-based styling program by meeting sales per hour (SPH) and KPI goals.
• Be the brand ambassador and product expert, driving incremental sales through wardrobing.
• Attract and retain clients using profiles and loyalty programs.
• Host appointments and in-store events through networking and community outreach.
• Deliver a best-in-class styling experience aligned with service standards.
• Stay informed about local fashion trends, events, and community interests.
• Collaborate with management and share product feedback.
