You will cultivate one-to-one client relationships, host events, stay on-trend, and collaborate with the team to share feedback and ideas, while embracing evenings, weekends and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in one-to-one clienteling.

Responsibilities

• Excel in the incentive-based styling program by meeting SPH and KPI goals.
• Be brand ambassador & product expert, driving incremental sales through wardrobing.
• Use in-store relationships, profiles and loyalty to attract and retain clients.
• Build lasting relationships through authentic, personalized clienteling.
• Deliver a best-in-class styling experience per service expectations.
• Know the store neighborhood, events, local influencers and style-makers.
• Host appointments and in-store events through community networking.
• Stay informed about competitors, trends and local community interests.
• Share product feedback with management.
