Job summary

J.Crew Group Boston is hiring a Stylist to be the brand ambassador for our Newbury Street store. You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales through clienteling, and build lasting relationships with local clients.

You’ll excel in an incentive-based styling program, stay on top of fashion trends, and collaborate with the team to create a best-in-class styling experience while meeting KPI goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in one-to-one clienteling.
• Ability to meet sales per hour (SPH) and KPI goals.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and local community.

Responsibilities

• Excel in the incentive-based styling program by meeting SPH and KPI goals.
• Be brand ambassador and product expert, building incremental sales through wardrobing.
• Identify and host appointments and in-store events through community networking.
• Build meaningful client relationships through authentic, personalized interactions and clienteling.
• Deliver a best-in-class styling experience while meeting service expectations.
