Job summary

Digitas North America is seeking a Vice President/Director of Brand Strategy to own the strategic impact, guiding the agency’s role with CMOs and CEOs through compelling, data-driven ideas and creative leadership.

You will shape brand platforms, drive cross-functional strategy across Brand, Digital, Comms, and Media, and mentor mid-level planners. Travel and collaboration across teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree required.
• 10–12 years of experience in account planning/brand strategy, preferably in advertising.
• Ability to find real insights and inspire creative teams.
• Willingness to travel and collaborate across agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Shape and articulate a clear strategic vision that ties creativity, data, and culture to brand growth.
• Translate business challenges into actionable brand platforms with measurable results.
• Oversee strategy across Brand, Digital, Comms, and Media for consistent brand experiences.
• Partner with Creative Director to inspire the Creative Department and align ideas with strategy.
• Lead consumer-focused insights to guide brand storytelling and performance.
