Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Ten years of progressive experience spanning brand strategy, advertising performance, and agency management.
• Proven track record of owning advertising performance and presenting actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Experience working directly with external creative and media agencies, providing strategic direction and holding partners accountable.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with external and internal creatives to translate brand strategy into effective execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and steward Insperity's brand strategy, positioning, voice, messaging, and standards across channels.
• Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to keep the brand relevant.
• Identify and evaluate brand partnerships and placement opportunities.
• Own the performance of the brand advertising portfolio and optimize based on data insights.
• Serve as primary day-to-day relationship owner with external advertising agency and provide strategic direction.
• Communicate brand performance and insights to leadership and internal teams.
• Establish KPI tracking and tell the performance story to leadership.
• Collaborate with creative leadership to ensure brand consistency and impact.
• Stay current on AI’s impact on brand discoverability and advertising performance.
