Job summary

World Fuel Services seeks a Retail Brand Standards Specialist to drive brand execution for retailers in the Virginia Beach area. You will build relationships with operators, conduct site visits, and provide recommendations to improve appearance and operations.

Collaborating with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and suppliers, you will support merchandising, promotions, and growth initiatives while maintaining brand standards. Local travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail operations, customer service, account management, or territory support.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with retail fuel and convenience store operators in your territory.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to improve store appearance, operations, and retail execution.
• Conduct site visits and provide recommendations to improve customer experience and performance.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, profitability, and loyalty.
• Conduct branded image reviews and site assessments to ensure brand standards.
• Support merchandising, marketing, and promotional initiatives at retail locations.
