The role is field-based with ownership of a territory, requiring travel and strong execution leadership to influence retailers beyond checklists.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of fieldbased retail, sales, customer support, or operations experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within a 50-mile radius of the territory.

Responsibilities

• Own retail execution across the assigned territory, ensuring brand image, merchandising, and standards are met.
• Coach retailers on improvements to PMPS and brand compliance metrics.
• Execute retail business plans and support promotions and supplier programs.
