Old Navy is hiring a Full-Time Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You’ll educate and inform customers about products, build loyalty, and collaborate with leadership to deliver an omni-channel shopping experience.

You’ll engage with shoppers on the floor and through digital touchpoints, while sustaining a clean, organized store and contributing to sales goals. Join a fast-paced team that values authentic, friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to drive sales and loyalty programs.
• Provide excellent customer service using an omni-channel approach.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
• Treat all customers and employees with respect to contribute to a positive environment.
