Job summary

Old Navy is hiring a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You will engage with shoppers, provide excellent service, educate on products, and drive loyalty using an omni-channel approach with leadership collaboration.

You will work across the sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back of house, maintain a neat work area, promote loyalty programs, and support store goals. Flexibility for holiday/evening/weekend shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service provider both on and off the sales floor to help deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
• A good communicator with the ability to effectively interact with customers and your team to meet goals.
• A problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, who is always learning, open to feedback and takes action as required.
