Old Navy is seeking a Full-Time Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You’ll deliver exceptional service, educate customers on products, and support an omni-channel shopping experience to foster loyalty.

Work with leadership to achieve store goals, assist on the sales floor and fitting rooms, and maintain a neat workspace. A flexible schedule including holidays and weekends is required.

• Comfortable using retail technology and POS systems.
• Supports store teammates to meet goals and deliver a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to drive sales and provide excellent service.
• Educate customers on products and loyalty programs.
• Assist on sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash wrap as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues professionally.
