Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using mobile devices and register tech.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to build brand loyalty.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs.
• Assist customers with product selections and suggestive selling.
• Support sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house as needed.
• Maintain a neat, organized work area and positive store environment.
• Use omnichannel tools to enhance the shopping experience.
