Job summary

As an Online Reputation Management Specialist, you will protect and elevate how our brands are perceived across search, social, and AI platforms, ensuring content is accurate, helpful, and reflects the best of who we are.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of marketing, content, or social media experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with clear KPIs.
• Track record of owning outcomes and delivering measurable results.
• Data-driven decision-making and analytical thinking.
• Strong writing and editorial judgment.
• Familiarity with SEO/AEO concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day content creation and monitoring across social, owned and partner web properties, and video (5+ brands).
• Own sentiment, visibility, and content-accuracy metrics across brands.
• Execute ORM/AEO strategy and proactively flag gaps or issues.
• Monitor AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude) for shifts.
• Coordinate with contractors and VAs on content execution and quality.
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking sentiment and performance.
• Deliver regular sentiment and performance reports to stakeholders.
• Partner with marketing teams on content needs and messaging alignment.
• Support editorial review to ensure authentic, credible content.
