Job summary

Ecolab, Inc. in Houston, TX, is seeking a Brand Protection Advisor to perform on-site evaluations, coaching, and insights that elevate food safety, guest experience, workplace safety, and operational excellence.

You’ll partner with clients to identify risks, reinforce brand standards, and drive continuous improvement across diverse environments. Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Two years of hospitality industry-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• No immigration sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct brand protection visits at client locations using coaching and training to meet client expectations.
• Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings to client leadership.
• Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges.
• Complete a budgeted number of visits weekly with an exceptional client experience.
• Use iPad, Microsoft Suite, and CRM to plan and perform duties.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines where applicable during visits.
