Job summary

Join Ecolab’s EcoSure division as a Brand Protection Advisor in Long Island, NY. You will conduct on-site evaluations, coaching, and insights to elevate food safety, guest experience, workplace safety, and operational excellence for client locations.

You’ll identify risks, reinforce brand standards, and drive continuous improvement to impact public health and customer satisfaction, with travel up to 25% and occasional evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two years of hospitality industry-related experience.
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site brand protection visits at client locations using coaching and training to meet client expectations and protect their brand.
• Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings, areas for improvement, and recommendations to client leadership.
• Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges.
• Complete a budgeted number of visits weekly, delivering an excellent client experience.
• Use an iPad, Microsoft Suite, and CRM technology to plan and perform essential job functions.
• Support growth initiatives of the company and clients.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines (where applicable) during visits in hotels, restaurants, etc.
