Job summary

Ecolab's EcoSure division seeks a Brand Protection Advisor in Paterson, NJ. You will deliver on-site evaluations, coaching, and insights to elevate food safety, guest experience, and operational excellence.

You will partner with clients to identify risks, reinforce brand standards, and drive continuous improvement, impacting public health and customer satisfaction. Role requires traveling up to 25%, valid driver's license, and ability to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Two years of hospitality industry-related experience.
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct brand protection visits at client locations using consulting, coaching, and training to meet client expectations and protect their brand.
• Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings, improvements, and recommendations to client leadership.
• Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges.
• Complete a budgeted number of visits weekly, delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Utilize an iPad, Microsoft Suite, and CRM to plan efficiently and perform job functions.
• Support company and client growth initiatives.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines (where applicable) during operational visits in hotels, restaurants, etc.
