Job summary

Ecolab's EcoSure division in Corona, CA is seeking a Brand Protection Advisor to perform on-site evaluations, coaching, and insights that elevate food safety, guest experience, workplace safety, and operational excellence. You will identify risks, reinforce brand standards, and drive continuous improvement while partnering with clients to protect their brand and enhance guest satisfaction.

The role requires travel approximately 50% and may include evening/weekend hours as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Two years of hospitality industry-related experience required.
Current and valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
No immigration sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

Conduct a variety of brand protection visits at client locations using a foundation of consulting, coaching, and training to meet client expectations and protect their brand and guests.
Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings, areas of improvement, and recommendations to client leadership.
Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges.
Complete a budgeted number of visits each week, delivering an exceptional client experience.
Utilize an iPad, Microsoft Suite, and CRM technology to plan and perform essential job functions.
Support the growth initiatives of our company and clients.
Adhere to HIPAA guidelines (where applicable) during on-site visits in hotels, restaurants, and other facilities.
