Ecolab's EcoSure division seeks a Brand Protection Advisor in Farmington, NM. The role delivers on-site evaluations, coaching, and insights to elevate food safety, guest experience, and operational excellence. Travel up to 50% and certifications may be required by client needs.

Responsibilities include presenting assessment findings, collaborating with EcoSure and Ecolab teams, and maintaining customer-centric service with strong safety and compliance mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 2 years hospitality experience.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Must be 21 years of age or older; no immigration sponsorship.
• Obtain ServSafe and/or CP-FS certification per client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct brand protection visits at client locations using coaching and training to meet client needs.
• Develop and deliver summaries of assessment findings and recommendations to client leadership.
• Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to address client challenges.
• Manage a budgeted number of visits weekly and ensure quality client experience.
• Use an iPad, Microsoft Suite, and CRM to plan and perform essential duties.
• Support growth initiatives for the company and clients.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines during on-site visits where applicable.
