Job summary

ECOLAB, through its EcoSure division, seeks a Brand Protection Advisor to join the team in Lubbock, TX. The role delivers on-site evaluations, coaching, and insights to elevate food safety, guest experience, workplace safety, and operational excellence. You will identify risks, reinforce brand standards, and drive continuous improvement for clients.

Role requires travel up to 25%, occasional evenings/weekends, and potential certifications like ServSafe/CP-FS depending on client needs.

Qualifications

High school diploma is required.
Two years of hospitality industry-related experience.
Current and valid driver's license with no restrictions.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
No immigration sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

Conduct brand protection visits at client locations using consulting, coaching, and training methodologies.
Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings and recommendations to client leadership.
Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges.
Complete a budgeted number of visits each week, delivering an exceptional client experience.
Utilize an iPad, Microsoft Suite, and CRM technology for planning and execution.
Support growth initiatives for the company and clients.
Adhere to HIPAA guidelines where applicable during hotel, restaurant, and other client-site visits.
