Job summary

Ecolab’s EcoSure Brand Protection team seeks a Brand Protection Advisor to join the Austin, TX region. You will conduct on-site evaluations, coach staff, and provide actionable insights that elevate food safety and guest experience while protecting brand standards.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to travel up to 25%. You will work evenings or weekends as needed and may pursue ServSafe/CP-FS certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have a current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Two years of hospitality industry-related experience.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct brand protection visits at client locations using a foundation of consulting, coaching, and training to meet client expectations and protect brand.
• Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings, areas of improvement, and recommendations to client leadership.
• Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges.
• Complete a budgeted number of visits each week, delivering an exceptional client experience.
