Job summary

Ecolab's EcoSure division seeks a Brand Protection Advisor to join the team in Lubbock, TX. You will perform on-site evaluations, coaching, and insights to elevate food safety, guest experience, workplace safety and operational excellence for clients in hospitality and related sectors.

The role involves identifying risks, reinforcing brand standards, and driving continuous improvement, delivering measurable impacts on public health and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Two years of hospitality industry-related experience.
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site brand protection visits at client locations using consulting, coaching and training to meet client expectations and protect their brand.
• Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings and recommendations to client leadership.
• Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges.
• Complete a budgeted number of visits weekly, delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Use an iPad, Microsoft Suite, and CRM technology to plan effectively and perform essential job functions.
• Support growth initiatives for the company and clients.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines (where applicable) during visits in hotels, restaurants, and other facilities.
