Job summary

Ecolab’s EcoSure division seeks a Brand Protection Advisor to join our Omaha, NE team. You will perform on-site evaluations, coaching, and insights to boost food safety, guest experience, and operational excellence, partnering with clients to identify risks and elevate brand standards.

The role involves travel up to 50%, schedule independence, and certification requirements such as ServSafe/CP-FS, with comprehensive training and company-paid vehicle where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Two years of hospitality industry-related experience
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position

Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of brand protection visits at client locations using consulting, coaching, and training to meet client expectations and protect their brand
• Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings, areas of improvement, and recommendations to client leadership
• Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges
• Complete a budgeted number of visits each week, delivering an exceptional client experience
• Utilize an iPad, Microsoft Suite, and CRM technology to plan and perform essential job functions
• Support the growth initiatives of our company and clients
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines (where applicable) during visits in hotels, restaurants, and other client sites
