Job summary

Ecolab's EcoSure Brand Protection Advisor in Laredo, TX delivers on-site evaluations, coaching, and insights to elevate food safety, guest experience, and operational excellence. You’ll identify risks, reinforce brand standards, and drive continuous improvement for hotels, restaurants, and other facilities.

Expect up to 50% overnight travel, flexible evenings/weekends, and potential ServSafe/CP-FS certification requirements based on client needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two years of hospitality industry-related experience.
• Current valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site brand protection visits using coaching and training to meet client expectations and protect the brand.
• Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings and recommendations to client leadership.
• Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges.
• Complete a budgeted number of visits weekly and provide excellent client experience.
• Utilize iPad, Microsoft Suite, and CRM tools to plan and perform essential job functions.
