Job summary

Ecolab's EcoSure division seeks a Brand Standards, Guest Experience, & Food Safety Advisor to conduct on-site evaluations and coaching at client sites including hotels and restaurants in Brownsville, TX. You will lead assessments that elevate food safety, guest experience, and operational excellence, partnering with clients to drive continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality industry experience, strong customer service skills, and flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Two years in hospitality industry required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• 21+ years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site brand protection visits at client locations using coaching and training.
• Develop and deliver summaries of assessment findings and recommendations to client leadership.
• Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges.
• Complete a budgeted number of visits weekly ensuring excellent client experience.
• Use iPad, Microsoft Office, and CRM to plan and document work.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines during visits to hotels, restaurants, education, healthcare, and senior living facilities.
• Pursue ServSafe and CP-FS certifications as required by client requirements.
