Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Brand Protection Advisor to join EcoSure in Houston, TX. You will perform on-site brand protection visits, coaching, and insights to elevate food safety, guest experience, workplace safety, and operational excellence.

You will develop summary presentations, partner with cross-functional teams, and meet a weekly target of visits, while using CRM tech and Microsoft Suite for planning. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma.
• Two years of hospitality industry-related experience.
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• Must be 21+ years old; no immigration sponsorship available.
• Local travel up to 25%; may require evenings, weekends, overtime.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site brand protection visits at client locations.
• Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings and recommendations.
• Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges.
• Complete a budgeted number of visits weekly with strong client experience.
• Utilize iPad, Microsoft Office, and CRM technology for planning and execution.
• Support growth initiatives for company and clients.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines during visits in hospitality sectors where applicable.
