Job summary

Ecolab's EcoSure team in Salt Lake City seeks a Brand Protection Advisor to conduct on-site evaluations, coaching, and insights that elevate food safety, guest experience, and operational excellence.

You will partner with clients to identify risks, reinforce brand standards, and drive continuous improvement, delivering measurable impact on public health and customer satisfaction while adhering to HIPAA guidelines where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Two years hospitality industry experience.
• Current and valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• No immigration sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site brand protection visits using consulting, coaching and training to meet client expectations and protect their brand.
• Develop and deliver summary presentations of findings and recommendations to client leadership.
• Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges.
• Complete a budgeted number of visits weekly, delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Utilize an iPad, Microsoft Suite, and CRM tech to plan and perform essential duties.
• Support growth initiatives for the company and its clients.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines (where applicable) during operational visits in hotels, restaurants, etc.
