JRM Construction is seeking a Marketing Specialist to bolster business development through proposals, presentations, and branded content. This role emphasizes storytelling, creativity, and collaboration with leadership to highlight project experience and capabilities.

You will craft client materials, manage marketing collateral, support digital campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across proposals and communications.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, AEC experience preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare tailored client presentations and RFP qualification materials in partnership with leadership teams.
• Create resumes, case studies, brochures, and project narratives.
• Develop external marketing content, campaigns, and creative concepts.
• Provide day-to-day support to business development teams.
• Manage templates, project experience databases, and bios.
• Ensure materials meet brand standards and visual guidelines.
• Support social media strategy, newsletters, and digital marketing.
• Contribute to employee engagement and internal communications.
