JRM Construction Management, LLC is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support business development through proposals, presentations, marketing collateral, and brand consistency. The role requires creativity, storytelling, and strong communication skills to engage clients and win work.

Based in New York, the position involves preparing client materials, developing external content and campaigns, and providing day-to-day BD support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of marketing experience; AEC experience preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools.

Responsabilités

• Prepare tailored client presentations and RFP qualification materials in partnership with leadership teams.
• Create resumes, case studies, brochures, and project narratives.
• Develop external marketing content, campaigns, and creative concepts.
• Provide day-to-day support to business development teams.
• Manage templates, project experience databases, and bios.
• Ensure materials meet brand standards and visual guidelines.
• Support social media strategy, newsletters, and digital marketing.
• Contribute to employee engagement and internal communications.
