Job summary

RG Architects is seeking a creative Marketing Specialist to support marketing, business development, branding and communications efforts. You will maintain the firm’s brand identity and develop digital/print materials, proposals, social content, and client communications.

You will collaborate with leadership, project managers, and technical staff to support pursuits, promote project successes, and ensure a professional image across all platforms while also providing general office and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in marketing, business development, communications, graphic design, or related role.
• Experience preparing proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and social media platforms.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, Procreate, Apple platforms, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing, brand management and content creation across multiple channels.
• Prepare RFQs/RFPs, qualifications packages, and client presentations.
• Coordinate project information, resumes, references, and supporting materials.
• Develop marketing templates, style guides, and branded materials.
• Manage digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and analytics.
• Create project stories, graphics, and video content for promotions.
• Support client events, community engagement, and recruiting initiatives.
• Assist with office operations and general project support as needed.
