Job summary

PD Instore in Minneapolis is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager by organizing project workflow from intake to completion. You will help gather information, track progress in D365, and ensure details are communicated clearly to clients and internal teams.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer service, strong written and oral communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A 2-year technical or business degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Prefer technical/business degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serves Project Manager as primary contact and source of information on projects.
• Help solve problems by gathering and transmitting information as needed.
• Assist in taking project specs, requesting estimates, and communicating them.
• Initiates job tickets and updates in D365 as needed.
• Keeps accurate records on all projects in D365 and inspects proofs for accuracy.
• Sets up press checks with Project Manager/customer when required.
