Job summary

Chime is seeking a transformational leader for product and brand communications in San Francisco. You will own and orchestrate campaigns, launches, and external narratives to establish Chime as a household name in fintech and AI-enabled consumer finance.

You will partner with Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Content, and Engineering to craft cohesive narratives and scale a high-performing team that amplifies our reach across channels and media outlets.

Qualifications

• Track record leading product and brand communications from large campaigns to major launches
• Experience advising C-suite executives and partnering with Marketing, Product and Engineering
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in fintech/consumer tech and AI-driven product narratives
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams and agencies

Responsibilities

• Own an integrated product and brand communications strategy that drives business and engages both consumers and the tech community
• Lead cross-functional launches with Product, Brand Marketing, Content, and PR teams
• Expand spokesperson bench and prep executives for external opportunities
• Direct external agencies to ensure cohesive, sustained media coverage
