You will own an integrated strategy, shaping campaigns and launches to elevate Chime as a household name and fintech innovator in the AI era. You will collaborate with Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, and Engineering to create cohesive narratives that resonate with both mainstream America and the tech community.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of experience in product, consumer, or brand communications, or related marketing roles.
• Track record of leading product and brand communications functions, from large-scale consumer campaigns to major product launches.
• Deep media and influencer relationships across consumer, business, and technology outlets.
• Experience partnering with creators, celebrities, or brands to generate earned media.
• Proven leadership: built high-performing teams and managed agency partners in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in fintech and consumer technology, including how AI is changing products, consumer behavior, and communications.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience advising C-suite executives and building partnerships with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.
• A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Set the integrated product and brand communications strategy that drives the business and wins over consumers and the tech community.
• Mainstream the Chime brand by turning brand partnerships and insights into campaigns with sustained coverage.
• Own the product narrative and drive 360-degree launches from messaging to media and influencer relations.
• Build and develop a high-performing team and scale the function as a growth driver.
• Lead cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, and others.
• Expand the spokesperson bench by preparing leaders for external opportunities with CTO, CPO, and CMO teams.
• Keep Chime in the conversation by cultivating relationships across outlets and directing agencies to drive coverage.
